Today, I am heavy with the war we face, I am fighting discouragement after a powerful week.  Please don't think for a second, that we are not in a war.
Anytime we defend the defenseless, or feed the hungry,
or speak the word of the Lord, or choose to obey, instead of run, we are attacking our enemy.
The enemy is real, and he makes a great deal of noise.  We started this day on our porch, (which overlooks Swaziland) praying and sharing
 communion as a family.
The Lord kept taking us to scriptures about the "wicked" vs. the ‘righteous"…evil is all around all of us, yet it does not prevail…read Proverbs, and Psalms when you doubt that.
It will set you straight every time.

This morning I listened to my children as they shared what the Lord was teaching them in their own lives. This morning we gathered around my husband and blessed him as our leader, father, and our spiritual head.
I listened as my children prophesied, one by one, they have been well discipled, that is true, but more than that, they intimately know the Father. This afternoon I listened as my husband preached the truth of God's word over the airwaves, reaching Swaziland, South Africa, Zambia, and Mozambique…and I thought "no wonder the enemy hates us"…and I felt the peace of God soak me…

We have fought many battles to get here, and we will face many more, no doubt, and we are

not afraid…the end of the story has been written, and we have watched the Lord take the impossible, and turn it into the remarkable, time after time. We have buried, and grieved, we have loved and lost, we have fought and sat silent...we have fallen, and gotten up, we have cried, and we have laughed.  Today we stand united as the BlackTribe, in Africa, and we will not shrink back, we have the promise of the Almighty...

and by the way.....

WE WIN!!!!
